You can consult all your transactions any time in your account. Because detailed records of each transaction are also stored on our servers. And your Ogone Merchant Back-Office is easy to work in.

Manage different users

Example. A call center operator can trace back a specific transaction in the Ogone account to check its status while his manager can access this same transaction and trigger a refund.

That’s how you let employees cooperate in your Ogone account: create different users with different profiles and rights. In the Ogone User Manager.

The users can only access functions that match their profile. In total there are seven different profiles available: from ‘viewer’ to ‘admin’.
